We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the option of returning the goods under the following conditions.
1. Return period
You can return products to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The date of delivery is decisive.
2. Condition of the goods
The goods must be unused and undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs
• Shipping costs and any customs duties or fees incurred in connection with the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
• The original shipping costs will only be refunded if there is a valid reason for the return (e.g., incorrect delivery, damaged goods, or manufacturing defects).
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (minus any costs incurred by the buyer). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
5. Exclusion of returns
Products that are custom-made or clearly tailored to personal needs are excluded from return.
In exceptional cases, these may be returned after personal consultation, depending on the change.
Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dirk & Nils Peschek GbR, Weingartstr. 06, 41464 Neuss, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)173 7315361, E-mail: dnpgems@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
