Shipping Policy

 

1. Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually processed by us within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.

• Delivery time within Germany is approximately 2–5 working days.

• For international orders, delivery time can vary between 7–21 working days, depending on the destination country and the respective shipping service providers.

• No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

• For international deliveries, different shipping costs may apply depending on the destination country.

 

3. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if offered by the shipping provider).

 

4. Customs duties, taxes, and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are to be borne by you as the buyer.

 

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

• Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the statutory provisions.

• Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

• In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Undamaged, complete, and originally packaged items must be returned to the following address:

7. Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge the return costs and the costs of resending the item.
